The Project Cambridge Podcast is a blend of science and tech, as well as community and educational stuff, too. We want to make the techy stuff easy to understand so that it's accessible and inclusive for all. Each episode is available on YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

We're looking forward to Rachel Hales joining us soon to chat about how businesses, non-profits, and public sector partners can connect better and share resources, creating social and economic value, improving lives and building a better future for all.
Tim Minshall from the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) at the University of Cambridge makes Manufacturing fun and fascinating. He's an award-winning lecturer, who is doing some wonderful work at raising awareness of manufacturing among schoolchildren and their teachers.
He also researches, writes and gives talks about manufacturing, innovation and skills, nationally and internationally.
He sits down with Jen to rewind on his life and career so far and gives his take on how Cambridge can optimise the opportunity to embrace manufacturing. We also chat through skills and education and the importance of getting more young people into this wonderful sector.

Charlotte Horobin, CEO of Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce joins us for a raw, honest, organic and uncut interview. We take a meander through her early years and career and talk about overcoming hurdles in life, what happens when she comes face to face with nerves and we'll also uncover her career dreams that didn't come true. Charlotte also tells us about her previous employment (she once worked as a shepherdess!) as well as her success as Region Director at Make UK.

You need to know this woman's name.
Ann Fisher famously founded the hugely successful Cambridge Tech Week. But not long before the first event took place, Ann was rushed to hospital and it was discovered that she had a huge brain tumour which had been slowly killing her. It almost did.
She bravely cheated the odds and is healthy and well, today.
We rewind through her astonishing, entrepreneurial career; from working in Finance, 'falling into' Recruitment and going on to Co-found an amazingly successful recruitment business. We also walk through how she started championing 'women in tech' when nobody else was; as Founder of Women4Technology.
In her role today as NED at St John's Innovation Centre and member of the campaign board at Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital, we find out how Ann is still a massively influential person in Cambridge.
This is a podcast not to be missed and we very much hope you will join us.
