On Sunday 12th April 2026, we were supposed to be jumping out of a plane!
But the weather had other ideas, so we sadly had to postpone our jump. 🪂😞 However - when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade! 🍋 So instead, 10 of our skydivers, along with their families, gathered at Arthur Rank Hospice Charity to film this video....
Including interviews with Charlotte Horobin, Pippa Heylings, Sharon Allen OBE FCGI, Julia Latif, Cheney Payne, Jen Richardson and Frankie Richardson (Jen's Mum), we'll also take you on a tour around the hospice, showing you some of the superb work they do and how your donations will support the hospice. Rachel joins Jen for a frank, but extremely heartfelt chat about how businesses, non-profits, and public sector partners can connect better and share resources, creating social and economic value, improving lives and building a better future for all. We also discover where her motivation comes from, as she talks to us about life growing up in Cambridge. We get personal. Tim Minshall from the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) at the University of Cambridge makes Manufacturing fun and fascinating. He's an award-winning lecturer, who is doing some wonderful work at raising awareness of manufacturing among schoolchildren and their teachers.
He also researches, writes and gives talks about manufacturing, innovation and skills, nationally and internationally.
He sits down with Jen to rewind on his life and career so far and gives his take on how Cambridge can optimise the opportunity to embrace manufacturing. We also chat through skills and education and the importance of getting more young people into this wonderful sector.

Paul Beastall, the CEO of Cambridge based HutanBio, talks to Jen Richardson. It really is a fascinating account of what it takes to be a successful CEO driving a 'renewable revolution'. Paul talks us through HutanBio's remarkable technology and also reflects upon how his experience as a parkrun Event Director here in Cambridge has equipped him with the public speaking skills that have become so vital in the role of CEO.
