When it comes to events, no job is too big or small. We've looked after international athletes, celebrities, media, got our hands dirty setting up and breaking down globally televised events and were privileged to have worked behind the scenes at the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.
Hosted live, as a hybrid event in person and digitally, our retrofit workshops are available to be delivered to start-ups, programmes, accelerators, groups and students.
Whether you're a small team who want to know how to build a hiring strategy and want to know how to "Hire Yourself" or you're a bigger team who want to know "How To Get The Best Out of a Recruiter", we have just the workshops for you.
You might even have faced the difficult decision to make some of your team redundant, but want to help them by providing a 'Careers Workshop'.
We've also led careers workshops for students aged 11 - 18 both in person and digitally.
"With over a decade of recruitment experience in Cambridge’s Scientific and High-Tech sectors, Jen Richardson has supported organisations ranging from early-stage start-ups to global enterprises. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for connecting people, offering practical hiring advice, and championing sustainability, environmental awareness, and inclusivity within the Cambridge ecosystem".
"Closing down our Cambridge Operations was not a decision that came easily to us. Bringing in Jen to help our current team revamp their CVs, Linkedin profiles and signpost them to some suitable opportunities was so valuable. The insights and advice Jen was able to pass on helped so many of the team in the next steps of their careers."
We were invited by the prestigious Impulse Programme to host a workshop for Impulse Alumni and associates.

Jen delivered a 90-minute workshop on: “How To Build & Grow A Team”
We opened up the conversation for alumni to share their own team-building experiences – what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what they’ve learned along the way. This was an interactive, participative session, rich with practical advice and real-world insight. Everyone walked away with useful tips and found it extremely useful.
